REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a no refund or cancellation policy. Once The Quorum receives money for a membership, the said member cannot cancel their membership. They have the option to not renew their membership the next year, but they are not eligible for any refund. The management reserves the right to refuse or allow a refund on a case-by-case basis as they deem fit.

In case a refund is allowed, The Quorum requires 10 business days to process the refund. The money is sent back to the mode of payment used by the client at the time of payment. Any and all bank charges will be borne by the client.
